We provide free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements.
We ship domestic within the U.S. only to all 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.
Shipping Method/Tracking Number
At this time we provide free standard shipping only.
All orders will be fulfilled and shipped directly to you from our U.S. based brand suppliers, complete with a carrier tracking number via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
If you have purchased items from different suppliers at the same time, each supplier will send its package to you separately.
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation from us with the shipping carrier tracking number and details so that you canΒ track your package. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to receive an order tracking status update.Β
Order Processing Times
3-5 Business Days
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing/Shipping Delays
Although we strive hard to process and ship each order to you on time, please be aware that our suppliers may sometimes require additional time to fulfill your orders during high-volume peak holiday seasons such as Valentineβs Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.
Shipping carrier delays of your order can also occasionally happen due to high-volume peak holiday seasons or any unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, etc.
In the case that your order has not been received within the estimated time frame due to shipping carrier delays, please check your shipping carrier tracking number status update.
In the case that your order has not been processed and shipped within the estimated time frame due to a delay on our part, we will notify you of the delay and provide you with a revised shipment date.
If we have not yet shipped your order due to a delay on our part, and you wish to cancel, then we will cancel and refund your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation.Β We will contact the supplier and attempt to cancel your order.
If we cannot cancel your order, then we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a refund once you have received it at your delivery address.
Shipping Address Corrections
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you would like to correct the shipping address for your order, please contact us and include your order number and the shipping address correction.Β We will contact the supplier and attempt to correct your shipping address before it has been shipped.Β
Once your order has shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.
We will not issue item refunds or exchanges based on an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Received Defective/Missing Item
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours if you received a defective or missing item.
Please keep any enclosed packing slips and shipping courier documentation in case we require you to provide photo evidence.
We also require that you provide us with photo evidence to document the condition of any defective item received.
If your claim is approved, we will replace or refund your order.
You must report the issue immediately within 24 hours upon receiving your order; otherwise, you agree that your order is deemed delivered and in satisfactory condition.
Incorrect Order Received
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours if you received an incorrect order.
Please keep any enclosed packing slips and shipping courier documentation in case we require you to provide photo evidence.
We also require that you provide us with photo evidence to document the incorrect item received.
If your claim is approved, we will replace or refund your order.
You must report the issue immediately within 24 hours upon receiving your order; otherwise, you agree that your order is deemed delivered and in satisfactory condition.
Late/Missing/Damaged Packages
We will not issue refunds or exchanges for errors made by the shipping carrier such as late, missing, or damaged packages.
Please check your shipping carrier tracking number status update.
Please contact the shipping carrier if you did not receive your package within the estimated time frame, if you suspect your package has gone missing, or if your package was received damaged.
Submit a claim to the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and verify whether your package can be located, has gone missing, or was received damaged.
If your package was delivered based on shipping carrier tracking number status update, but you claim you did not receive your order, then please contact the shipping carrier and inquire if the delivery person left any additional details. Sometimes, it is found that the delivery was made but left in an unexpected location at your address.
Incorrect Address/Undeliverable/Unclaimed/Refused Package
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued based on an incorrect shipping address provided by you resulting in your package being received at an incorrect address, package returned to sender, package undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused.
If you wish to have your package redirected to the correct address, please contact the shipping carrier, or reach out to us. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be your responsibility.
